该机器采用全新设计理念改变了传统磨胶辊机的繁锁操作方法，能使胶辊磨砺更加方便快捷、磨削******光洁。本机采用全自  动工作流程， PLC 全程控制，砂轮定量自动修整、皮辊大小自动检测、胶辊表面粗糙度自行设置，使皮辊达到******工作状  态，给纺纱带来更高品质。在皮辊磨削模式方面，有指定直径磨削、不同直径磨削和皮辊自动分拣三种模式可自行设定，这样能使皮辊使用周期更长，节约使用成本、提高工厂效益。

The machine adopts a new design concept to change the traditional roller grinding machine complex locking operation method,can make the roller  sharpening more convenient and fast,grinding precision and clean.The machine adopts automatic worktlow,PLC control,automatic quantitative grinding wheel dressing,roller size automatic detection,roller surface roughness self-setting,so that the roller to achieve the best working state,to bring higher quality spinning.In terms of roller grinding mode,there are three modes of designated diameter grinding,different diameter grinding and roller automatic sorting,which can be set by themselves,which can make the roller service cycle longer,save the use cost and improve the factory  efficiency
